Sulfur-free Pseudostellaria Heterophylla
Pseudostellaria heterophylla, a traditional Chinese medicine name. It is the dried tuberous root of the child ginseng, a plant of the Caryophyllaceae family. It is distributed in Fujian, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Shaanxi, Shandong, Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan and other places. It has the effects of invigorating qi, strengthening the spleen, promoting the production of body fluids and moistening the lungs. It is often used for spleen deficiency and physical fatigue, loss of appetite, weakness after illness, insufficiency of qi and Yin, spontaneous sweating and thirst, and dry cough due to lung dryness.
Tai Zi Shen is a traditional Chinese medicine that can be used both as a food and a medicine. 一. Main functions

二. Common Usage
1. Decoction: Take 6-12 grams of sliced Radix Pseudostellariae, add water, and decoct for 20-30 minutes. Take it warm in divided doses.
2. Tea substitute: 3-5 grams of Radix Pseudostellariae, combined with Astragalus or Wolfberry, brewed with boiling water as a tea substitute.
3. Diet therapy:
Stewed chicken soup with Pseudostellaria heterophylla: Stewed with chicken and red dates, it is suitable for people with physical weaknesses.
Prince Ginseng Broth of white fungus: Cooked with white fungus and rock sugar, it nourishes yin and moistens the lungs.
