I. Holiday Period
From February 11, 2026 (Tuesday, the 24th day of the twelfth lunar month) to February 26, 2026 (Thursday, the 10th day of the first lunar month), the holiday will last for 16 days.
Business will officially resume on February 26, 2026 (Thursday, the 10th day of the first lunar month), with all operations returning to normal.

II. Business Arrangements

1. Orders and Shipments: To ensure timely delivery of your goods, please plan your pre-holiday purchases according to your needs. Our last shipping date will be February 10, 2026 (the 23rd day of the twelfth lunar month). Orders placed between this date and the resumption of work will be processed and shipped in sequence starting from February 26.

2. Customer Service: During the holiday period, our online customer service will suspend manual assistance. For urgent matters, please send an email to 374740138@qq.com, and we will address them promptly after the holiday.

3. Quality Commitment: Our dedication to the quality of herbal medicines remains unwavering during the holiday. All inventory is stored properly in accordance with regulations, ensuring that every herb provided after the holiday maintains Shuntai's consistent standards of "authenticity, quality, and safety."

III. Friendly Reminder
Logistics and transportation may experience delays during the Spring Festival period. We recommend that you plan your purchases and deliveries accordingly, taking into account local logistics conditions.
